Ted Quick, A.T.,C., C.S.C.S.


Ted, a native of Beulah, MI is a Certified Athletic Trainer at Hackley Rehab & Sports Medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University in 1993 with a major in Physical Education and an emphasis in Athletic Training. He completed an athletic training internship at Hackley in 1994 and was subsequently hired to provide treatment and rehabilitation to patients as well as provide athletic training services to Muskegon Heights High School. Ted is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and completed the Cincinnati SportsMedicine Foundation Sportsmetrics Certification Course.

Ted has served as an Athletic Training Clinical Specialist/Adjunct Faculty member in the Athletic Training Education Program at Grand Valley State University. He has been instrumental in the development of Hackley Rehab & Sports MedicineĦs Strength and Conditioning and Sportsmetrics programs for local athletes. He is a board member of the Michigan Athletic Trainers Society where he is a co-chair on the fundraising committee.

Ted was a standout athlete at Benzie Central High School, earning 8 varsity letters while competing in cross-country, basketball, and track. He earned 13 Regional medals in track, and was All-State twice. He was captain of back-to-back State Championship cross-country teams and played basketball on a State Quarterfinalist team.

Ted resides in Allendale with his wife Paula and their two daughters, Rachel and Taylor. His hobbies include playing golf, watching all sports and time with family and friends. His experience and interests make him a vital link to the Rehab & Sports Medicine team..
