Food Service
Hackley Hospital offers a variety of dining options to choose from whether you are looking for a snack, a cup of gourmet coffee, or a meal. As a patient you will receive "At your Request" room service. See our Patient Information section for details and a full room service menu.
Cafeteria:
The Crossroads Café, the hospital cafeteria, is located in the lower level of Hackley Hospital's South Wing. Visitors are welcome to purchase meals. The cafeteria is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday the cafeteria is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Our cafeteria offers a full service grill and deli along with hot entrees and personal pan pizzas. Limited items may be available for purchase between meal times.
Lobbyside Diner:
In addition to the Crossroads Café, guests are welcome to eat at the Lobbyside Diner, located on the first floor near the main entrance. Founded and run by volunteers, the Diner is known for its homemade soups and delicious desserts. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All profits are donated back to Hackley Hospital by the Lobbyside volunteers.
Gourmet Bean Coffee Shop:
The latest and greatest coffee shop in Muskegon is located in Hackley's Professional Building. There is a great selection of hot beverages such as mocha and cappuccino, and delicious baked muffins and pastries. Luncheon items are available daily. The Gourmet Bean is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Breakaway Café:
Vending machines are available in the Breakaway Café 24 hours a day. The Café is located in the North basement. Take the elevators located behind the main North elevators to the basement, and turn left when coming off the elevators.
Guest Trays:
Breakfast, lunch or dinner may be ordered for visitors. Patients should notify their nurse to order a guest tray or may purchase a guest pass from our cashiers in the cafeteria. Guest meal orders are ordered via the room service line at extension 5500. The guest meal will be delivered with the patient meal. All items are available to order off the room service menu.
