Main floor, Hospital Entrance:
The first floor of Hackley Hospital includes Patient Registration, Endoscopy, Laboratory, Pre-Anesthesia Testing (P.A.T), Radiology, Surgery and Surgery Waiting Area, Administrative offices, the Chapel, and the North and South Elevators.

- The North Elevators service the Family Birth Place, Pain/Wound/McClees Clinics, and Medical/Surgical Floors North 3, North 4 and North 5.
- The South Elevators service Select Speciality, Physiology, Heart Health Clinic, and South 4 Rehab Unit.
Laboratory Tests and Locations:
The Hackley Hospital Laboratory (Outpatient Laboratory) is on the first floor of the Hospital. From the Main Entrance turn right down the main hall and the lab is on your left. The Hackley Hospital Radiology (S-Ray) department is also on the first floor. From the Main Entrance turn right down the main hall. Radiology is on the right past the Outpatient Lab. You must first register for any lab or radiology work at the Admitting desk in Patient Registration or Pre-Register by phone at 728-4600 or 1-800-470-3422.
Patient Convenience Centers:
For your convenience Hackley's laboratory offers Patient Convenience Centers throughout our community. Hackley Hospital Laboratory's Patient Convenience Centers provide many services including:
- Blood Tests
- Urine Tests
- Drop off site for specimens collected by you or your physician.
Laboratory Locations:
Hackley Hospital's network of conveniently located labs performs over 800,000 tests every year. Their expertise and attention to detail have earned them accreditation by the College of American Pathologists, as well as a working association with Mayo Clinic.
